This is a diagram titled "Dialectical Materialism: Marx's Theory of History", which is meant to explain the theory of analyzing the different viewpoints of two groups directly creates a new ideology because of their existing material condition. It uses the dialectical method in order conclude a greater truth of the conflict. The diagram shows four triangles that display the conflicts between two different groups/ideas at the bottom two edges of the triangle, both bottom edges point to the top third edge of the shape where it shows what the conflict's end result is, which becomes the left most edge concept of the next triangle. The diagram reads as this: 1. It labels the first triangle as Era of Primitive Communism—which is the preexisting ideology before the conflict, which shows that the conflict between Unorganized Society and "Division of Labor, Private Property, and Tribalism", which results in the creation of Empire. 2. It labels this triangle as Era of Slavery, which shows that the conflict between Empire and Barbarians, which results in the creation of Landed Aristocracy. 3. It labels this triangle as Era of Feudalism, which shows that the conflict between Landed Aristocracy and Bourgeoisie, which results in the creation of Bourgeoisie Democracy. 4. It labels this triangle as Era of Capitalism, which shows that the conflict between Bourgeoisie Democracy and Proletariat, which results in the creation of Communism. MW's commentary: It is very important to understand the deep philosophical aspects of revolution: in the every lasting battle for power between the classes—scaling those who are give the lest power, to the most powerful in the government—to benefit their own class interests. The lower class peasant and Bourgeoisie—because of their oppression—both wanted to overthrow the aristocrat, seeing that their rule was a net-negative for everyone but the landlord. But after the collapse of Feudalism, it was the Bourgeoisie alone who sized power from the aristocrats dues to their preexisting wealth. They used their business oriented skills in order to form a ideology of Capitalism, based upon the abstract concepts of "Private Property" to allow companies to exclusively own land and its contents, "Capital" to devise monetary value from Private Property by the profitability of its products and the property's potential earnings, and the "Free Market" in order to allow monopolies to be unregulated. This leaves the peasant still at the bottom of the hierarchy, moving their status of land laborers who worked the farm into that of a wage slave who has their land stolen in exchange for earning (very little) money in order to buy what the capitalist has to sell back to them. In the previous system, the Bourgeoisie lived as a middle class who worked underneath the ruling Monarch, which could at any whim punish them for not cooperating with the state. But, under Capitalism, the shift from restricted power and being taxed, to being the untaxed ruling class allows a untethered profit incentive to corrupt all matters of society without meeting any push back from above or bellow the hierarchy. This profit incentive is left unstoppable by the status quo government, this desire of infinite growth will not stop because of ethics or even the finite nature of the Earth, but they will invent new ways to keep this system running at all costs. they then begin their wealth extraction of the working class in order to squeeze even more value out of the same finite resource. For example, paying the workers less, artificially raising the cost of rent or commodities, artificially stop production in order to make the commodity rarer, making the product cheaper to make and of worse build quality against the wished of the working class, or lobbing the government into making a cheaper alternative harder to obtain. All of this anti-Proletariat actions lead to the working class wanting to overthrow the Bourgeoisie, in order to form a Socialist state that benefits the working class—and eventually, everyone.
